At a Glimpse: 9/21-9/27

Happy Sunday Nation! Here's some quick things that happened this week:

1. Sexual Assault and Rape Reports have Surfaced Against YouTuber

This week YouTuber, Sam Pepper, has been under fire for his latest YouTube video where he goes around grabbing the cabooses of women.  This video brought some controversy to the table because, well, it's sexual assault.  Any type of grabbing someone like that without their consent is considered sexual assault.  He later released one of women grabbing guy's butts, and said that these videos were a social experiment to see how his viewers would react to the different situation.  However, sources say that new reports have came out of sexual assault and rape of a 19-year-old and one report claims that Pepper "pinned down and masturbated on" a young woman who is pressing charges.

2. Customer's Leg was Broken at Costco for not Showing His Receipt

I don't know if you have ever been to a Costco or another place where they feel the need to check you receipt after you just went through the check out and there's like 50 ft where you can steal something in front of everyone else who is in the check out line also so they check your receipt at the door like Sam's Club, but a customer, Timothy Walls, refused to show his receipt at the door.  Reports say that Walls grabbed the collar of the employee who would not let him leave when another employee stuck Walls's leg multiple times resulting in a fracture.  Costco now faces a $670,000 lawsuit for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

3. Man Shoots into Neighbor's House to Unload Gun

A man in Middleton, PA fired his weapon through his neighbors house because it was the only way he knew how to unload it.  The man was arrested and denied the incident at first, but the admitted that he did fire the weapon because he needed to clear the chamber and didn't know another way to clear the chamber.  Nobody was injured in the stupidity of the gun owner, but he is in county jail.  This raises the question, why do we let these people have weapons?  Stupid people do not need guns!

4. Man Cuts Down Tree, Says It Looks like Jesus

A Tennessee man cut down a tree and says the cross section of the trunk looks like a picture of Jesus.  The owner of the piece of wood, Daniel Turbeville said, "If somebody wanted it I would sell it, but I do think it would be best served if it were in a church or it'd be nice in a pastor's office."  He also said that about 70 percent of people thought it looked liked Jesus as well.  I don't know what to think, in a way I can see Jesus in the trunk, but it does kind of seem like a stretch, what do you guys think?
